Scottsdale Healthcare is composed of two medical centers and a new community hospital, complete with outpatient centers, home health services, and a wide range of community health education and outreach programs. Supervises and monitors the day-to-day operations of Network Services and staff engaged in the maintenance, installation, movement, repair, configuration and trouble shooting of PCs, printers, communications hardware, wide and local area network hardware and software (WAN/LAN). Oversees resolution and escalation of user support requests and resolves issues. Maintains functionality, integrity and security of hardware and networks in both a clinical and non-clinical setting. Supervises Network Engineers, LAN Engineers, Microcomputer Specialists & Hardware Technicians, etc.
Responsible for the implementation and oversight of Information Technology infrastructure, networks, hardware and applications strategy. Participates and leads related projects. Researches, recommends, and implements new technologies, leading system upgrades and changes. Participates in the development of policies, procedures and budget. Works closely with IS team members, department manager, vendors and other SHC departments.
Bachelor's Degree in the field of computer science, information sciences or network-related subject
8 years in similar role
4 years experience working with computers or communications equipment in a technical capacity including, at least 2 years of experience in Network Engineering (LAN/WAN)
1 year supervisory experience
