The Registration Representative, under direct supervision of the Supervisor, obtains complete and accurate, demographic and insurance information from patients. Enters information into the registration and other interfaced software. Reviews financial charts for accurate and complete information, signatures, and documents to ensure maximum reimbursement and corporate compliance. Proactively utilizes customer service, reimbursement knowledge, and registration techniques to perform a wide variety of tasks in a multitude of registration settings.

Skills / Requirements

Basic Education: High School or GED.



Basic Experience
6 months.




Basic Field-of-Expertise
Customer service experience such as working in a health care environment.
