Performs paralegal duties at the direction of Associate General Counsel in support of the Scottsdale Lincoln Health Network expansion of the employed network of physicians. Direct interface with SLHN Physician Network leadership and recruitment personnel to prepare employment, asset purchase and modifications to existing agreements for review by the Associate General Counsel. Attends SLHN Physician Network recruitment/acquisition process meetings and advises Associate General Counsel. Prioritizes heavy work volume and handles routine matters to minimize interruptions and enhance efficiency of Associate General Counsel (or assigned staff). Duties include assisting with contract development, administration, tracking and analysis, as well as communication, maintenance and monitoring of contract compliance. Position requires strong initiative and the exercise of discretion and independent judgment.
Must be able to work in a team environment, managing and prioritizing multiple assignments simultaneously.
Associate Degree or Paralegal Certificate
