Scottsdale Healthcare is composed of two medical centers and a new community hospital, complete with outpatient centers, home health services, and a wide range of community health education and outreach programs. Performs delegated administrative and advanced secretarial duties for leaders at the Executive Vice President level or above and assigned staff. Prioritizes heavy work volume and handles routine matters to minimize interruptions and enhance efficiency of assigned staff. Handles all information ethically, accurately and confidentially. Position requires strong initiative and the exercise of discretion and independent judgment when acting on behalf of assigned executive(s).


Skills / Requirements

Basic Education:

High school diploma or GED



Basic Experience


5 years related



Basic Field-of-Expertise (if applicable)


Proficient in Microsoft Office products, typing and computer use.
